AccuRaads Goals

Improving the functioning process of (commercial) employees, improving overall quality and improving effectiveness. These are the goals we set for our clients and these goals can be seen on three different levels:

1. The Market. In cooperation with the director (owner) of the client company, we create a competition analysis, a branch survey and an optimal marketing mix. We also go through different models such as the Porter's Value Chain model.
   
2. The Organization. Finding effective ways to use limited resourses like employees, time and money and getting an optimal result from them. Making concrete business-, sales- and accounting plans is the answer.  
   
3. The Person. On this level, the main thrust is skills, which lead to higher personal effectiveness. Skills vary from conversation, sales and negotiation to coaching, motivating and presenting.

AccuRaads trainers have already acted out various activities at many organizations at organisations within many different sectors. Reducing complexity is what we do to develop your customer targets. A typical AccuRaad project can be, for example, raising the effectiveness of a sales organization. AccuRaad will guide the project management team and take control of different components such as management training and coaching, measuring competences and training on the job. All of these element contribute to the success of the organization.
