How we work

AccuRaad is known as the least theoretical and most practical training and sales improvement company in the Netherlands. To gain results it is necessary to work through the three phases of improvement: preparation, training and implementation.

1.     An intake in which leverage is created.

2.     Intervention through training and workshops.

3.     Safeguarding the behavioral changes in people, structures, processes and culture within your organization.

With AccuRaad training, role-play and assignments are the key elements. Skills are actively trained and implemented throughout the course. Concrete and recognizable situations from the workplace are repeated and trained for best results.

  1. Goals are set at the beginning of the training and defined according to the SMART method. Changes are then measured afterwards.
  2. Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn (Benjamin Franklin). The training participants discover effective and approved behavior through interventions by the trainer. This way they experience the effectiveness of newly learned skills. AccuRaads trainers know how to teach. AccuRaads training are not slideshows, but a series of exercises in which the participants draw upon their own conclusions.
  3. Training means: to prepare, to be prepared, or to prepare oneself through instruction, practice and exercise for a sport, job or profession. Practicing new skills, therefore, plays a central part throughout the training.
  4. Every participant creates his or her own Personal Activity Plan (PAP) together with the trainer. The PAP guarantees learning results over a extended period of time.
