What we do

Our core competence is increasing the (commercial) results of large and not-so-large enterprises. With our many trainers in the fields of sales, management, customer care and more we are able to move employees and employers towards the goals they want to achieve. Besides the actual training, feedback and follow-up guidance are also important. We want to ensure that exercises applied during training also generate results on the work floor.

The AccuRaad approach follows three phases. First, a short intake in which leverage is created. Next, there is the intervention itself (training and workshops). And finally, we shape the behavioral changes in people, structures, processes and culture of your organization. Together these phases determine the results in your workplace.  

Within AccuRaads training program, role-playing and exercises are the main components. During these sessions, concrete and recognizable situations from work will be practiced. The trainers are educated in handling conflict management. Quality and service are important to AccuRaad, as these factors also return in every training we provide.
